Thirty-Day Return Policy

StillThinking products come with a 30-day return policy. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may request a return authorization number from us by email, and return the items in resellable condition to Still Thinking, 600 West 115 Street, Suite 83, New York, N.Y. 10025 for a full refund. You will pay the postage; we suggest you insure you package for the purchase amount.

Payments

We accept Paypal payments and United States Postal Service money orders.

Paypal: You may use your credit card or checking account to pay for these items on-line. Transactions done via PayPal are secure. There is no charge to you for using Paypal. You will initially have to set up an account with Paypal, but that is very easy. It is just like filling out your credit card information on any other web site that you purchase something from. PayPal also has what they call a “Buyer Protection Gaurantee”. It states:

“Buyers who pay with PayPal are protected by X.com's Buyer Protection Guarantee. If you purchase an item from a Verified Seller and do not receive your purchased goods, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount up to $5000 per year. You may check the verification status of a Seller on every confirmation page before you Send Money. The Buyer Protection Guarantee applies whether you pay with a credit card, checking account, or funds in your PayPal acount.”

Money Orders: Money Orders can be purchased at your local United States Post Office. Money Orders are refundable if they are lost in the mail and are a safe way to send money.

We ship directly to you via UPS, usually within one week of receipt of your Paypal order or receipt of your USPS money order.
